Mr. Pellar has significant prior experience as a builder, developer and with other construction projects matters prior to entering the practice of law. He served on the City of Frisco Board of Adjustments and Construction Review Board from 2006-2011, Chairman 2010-2011. Mr. Pellar relies on all of his experience to assist clients with their construction defect issues.
